How to Order

The easiest and quickest way to order is online. Start the process by clicking the purchase icon. If necessary, orders can also be placed via fax using our downloadable order form. Due to the detailed nature of custom orders, we prefer not to take orders on the phone, but product specialists are readily available to answer your questions.

You will receive e-mail updates throughout the process to keep you fully informed on the status of your order. If at any time, you have a question or concern, please contact us immediately.

Rush Orders

ApparelOutfitters.com understands rush situations happen. Therefore, if you'd like an item quicker than the time frame listed on our website, please contact your Product Specialist. We will present all available options and often can fulfill your rush needs. Expediting charges may apply depending on a number of factors including products, imprint and current production workloads, and will always be communicated in advance of order fulfillment so you can identify which option best fits your needs

Website Photos & Colors

ApparelOutfitters.com has made every effort to provide you with accurate product information and photos. Product colors shown on our websites and electronic proofs may vary from the actual products due to variances in individual monitors. If colors must be exact, please request a print catalog, physical proof and/or provide us with PMS colors to match.

Color Matching

ApparelOutfitters.com wants you to be completely satisfied with the colors selected to decorate your branded product, therefore, to help us represent your colors well, a PMS color code must be provided. In the absence of PMS selections from you we will proceed with standard inks and/or threads.

Artwork Standards

All ApparelOutfitters.com web stores' pricing includes up to one hour of art preparation time. We prefer a vector file or camera ready art that is digitally stored for the cleanest, sharpest imprint. This can be supplied by your graphic artist or advertising agency. Specifically, Adobe Illustrator X or Photoshop 7 are the preferred programs of our design team. Please turn all text into curves or outlines before submitting your file. If you have any questions concerning your file, please contact your Product Specialist or someone on our customer service team.

Proofs

Electronic proofs are provided for every order. It is the customer's responsibility to proofread and verify colors, placement, spelling and product accuracy.

Trademarks/Copyrights

ApparelOutfitters.com relies on our customers to be fully authorized to use the artwork they provide to us. We assume no liability for legal issues that may arise between you our customer and a third party for copyright or trademark infringement.

Additionally, any logos used in photos on our web stores are the property of their respective owners and are for illustration purposes only. No endorsement by a logo owner is implied.

Ownership of Creative/Digitizing

Art services provided by ApparelOutfitters.com in digital format remain the property of ApparelOutfitters.com. Contact your product specialist for pricing if you need the ownership of the creative or digitizing to be handled differently.

Samples

Random or blank samples are provided at the last column price indicated on the website plus applicable shipping charges per your instruction. Prior to shipping the sample, a credit card will be authorized and not billed until sent. Samples costing greater than $35/each may be returned at customer's expense for credit, less any shipping charges.

Preproduction Proofs

Preproduction proofs are available on some items. If you desire a pre-production proof, please advise your product specialist prior to ordering. Note, extra fees may apply and will be communicated prior to the order being placed.

Production Times

All production times noted on our website are after artwork approval. If time is of importance for your order, please know that providing the artwork approval in a timely manner will assist us in meeting your desired in-hands date.

Inventory/Stock Issues

ApparelOutfitters.com strives to provide items on our websites that are readily stocked. However, because of the broad nature of products, colors and sizes there may be short stock issues at the manufacturer's inventory level. If for any reason, the item you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and make a recommendation of a similar product or new time in which you could expect the product.

Product Changes

Prices, terms & conditions, items, and colors are subject to change or of being discontinued without notice. If this happens, you will be notified before your order is processed.

Product Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship. Please note, apparel colors may vary slightly from garment to garment due to the nature of garment manufacturing and die lot variances. If exact color uniformity in apparel is of concern for you please speak with your product specialist about this prior to placing your order. Any defective, mis-decorated or incorrect products are accepted for returns up to 30 days after you received them. Product must be returned to receive credit.

Authorized Returns

Merchandise found to be defective or incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge when returned within 30 days. Please contact us before returning any product so we can issue you a return authorization number. With preauthorization, blank apparel can be returned as long as it is in the same condition it was when received. A restocking fee may apply. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.

Special Packaging Options

If you have special packaging needs, please contact customer service or your Account Manager. Unless otherwise noted, all items are bulk packed. Gift boxes, polybagging and other options are available upon request.

Shipping Options

Unless otherwise noted, all product will be shipped UPS ground and will be charged at that level of service based upon the shipping location, number of packages and product weight. Orders shipping to multiple locations will be billed an additional $7 per location in addition to standard shipping charges. Faster delivery options are available during the online order process.

Many expedited shipping levels can be selected and charged according your instructions.

Overruns/Underruns

You may receive 5% more or less goods than that which you ordered due to the nature of the decorating production process. You will be billed for the actual quantity of products shipped. If an exact quantity is required, please advise your Account Manager when placing your order.

Order Changes/Cancellations

ApparelOutfitters.com will do everything possible to honor your request to cancel or change your order after it has been placed. However, you will be charged any applicable art or setup costs that may have already been executed before your cancellation or order change request was received.

Payment Terms

In an effort to minimize any perceived or real transaction risk from making purchases online, our payment process is for all orders to be paid via credit card. This protects your company and ours. Charges will appear on your credit card statement paid to Madden Corporate Services, Inc. If you believe, you were billed incorrectly, please contact a product specialist immediately for assistance.

For repeat orders within 6 months of an initial order, we will consider terms for any creditworthy company or organization. A credit application may be submitted for review by our accounting department. Your company/organization may be offered terms based on your creditworthiness. Credit may be reviewed annually.

Because you are provided with your order details and status online, we do not as a matter of practice mail invoices. However, if you require additional documentation of your order in the form of an invoice, please ask your product specialist for a copy of your invoice.

Privacy/Security

We are committed to providing our customers with the safest and most pleasant online shopping experience possible. During the ordering process on this web site, we ask you to provide us certain personal data. We use the information we collect from you for processing your order and for enhancing your overall shopping experience. Unless requested otherwise, we may provide this information to reputable third parties who we believe might offer products or services useful for your business. We may provide this information to the supplier or manufacturer of the products you purchase so you can be informed of any product updates or problems. Also, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customer's product preferences, geographical information, or traffic patterns, but these will contain absolutely no individual identifying information.

All transactions requiring credit card numbers are processed via a secure server and encrypted for your protection. DO NOT send any personal information including credit card numbers via e-mail. E-mail is not encrypted, and we cannot take responsibility if this information is acquired via a third party.

Sales Tax

7% sales tax is added to all orders that are shipped within the state of Florida . No tax will be charged outside the state of Florida .

Mistakes can happen. We apologize for any typographical errors in descriptions and/or pricing. You will be notified immediately upon placing your order if an error is caught.
